RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  1. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 3.

  2. Abstract should not exceed more than 300 words and Paper should not exceed 15 pages.

  3. The recommended fonts are: Title fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size, Bold and underlined, left alignment; Sub Title fonts: Times New Roman, 12 font size, Bold and Justified alignment.

  4. The presentation should last a maximum of 7 minutes. There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it.

  5. The topics that need to be presented based on your LabVIEW and Embedded domains.

  6. The oral presentation should be in the form of Microsoft power point slides which contains the brief of your paper, not to exceed 15.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  1. Maximum 3 participants can register as a Team for participation VIRKSHA’17. The participants must be registered undergraduate or postgraduate engineering students at a recognized University, College or Institute.

  2. Every member of the team has to register on the VIRKSHA'17 project portal after which they can be added in project by the team leader or can themselves add other members in the project using student ID, specified in the confirmation mail.

  3. Each project team must have a unique team leader.

        VIRKSHA’17 is conducted in two phases:

        Abstract submission  and Final Round.

  • The Event Organizers have the right to change any rules mentioned above based on the environmental conditions at the time of event.

  • Registration Fee will be collected at the Event Counter on 09-Mar-2017
